Common questions

What happens after my trial ends?

Your account reverts to limited functionality. You won't be charged unless you actively subscribe. Your existing proposals and data are preserved.

Do you take a cut of my client payments?

No. PropFlow charges $0 on client payments. You only pay Stripe's standard processing fees (1.75% + $0.30 AUD). Your money goes directly to your Stripe account.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans can be refunded pro-rata within 30 days.
